蹊径设计（ELSE)由徐之非和张子墨于2023年创立，是一家在日常现实中追求创新、突破边界的跨领域研究型事务所。事务所具有国家化背景，在美国欧洲中国同时开展设计，并在中国和欧洲均有建成作品。

事务所名字寓意“另辟蹊径”，传递了我们拒绝平庸和重复的态度。我们希望用大胆的创意和独特的视角打破常规，探索设计的无限可能。英文名ELSE也是“蹊径”这一设计理念的意译：we are somebody else, designing something else.

创立后，蹊径设计很快在国内外崭露头角，其设计的数个作品赢得数个国内外重要大奖，并且被国内外的媒体所报道并得到了广泛的赞誉，其中包括Monocle, Architect’s Journal, Archdaily, Designboom,Diverse, 谷德,有方等海内外媒体。成立当年，事务所同时被谷德与有方评选为年度年轻事务所。

ELSE was founded by Zhifei Xu (Fei) and Zimo Zhang in 2023. ELSE is a cross-disciplinary design firm that pursues innovation and boundary-breaking in everyday reality. With an international background, the firm conducts design work simultaneously in the United States, Europe, and China, and has completed projects in both China and Europe.
Since its establishment, ELSE has quickly emerged on the domestic and international stages. Several of its designs have won major awards and have been featured in both domestic and international media, receiving widespread acclaim. Notable publications include Monocle, Architect's Journal, ArchDaily, Designboom, Diverse, Gooood, and ArchiPosition. In its founding year, the firm was also named Young Firm of the Year by Gooood and ArchiPosition.

徐之非 Zhifei Xu

Zhifei Xu (Fei) is a partner at ELSE and a licensed architect in the United States. He holds a Master of Architecture from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Architecture from UC Berkeley, where he graduated with highest honors.

Before founding his own practice, he gained extensive international experience working at renowned architecture firms worldwide, including Atelier Jean Nouvel, Studio Gang, and BIG. This diverse background has provided him with experience across various project types and scales.

Fei has won and been honored in numerous international design competitions, receiving multiple awards for his design work, including the Architecture Masterprize and the LIT Award. His research has also been recognized, receiving grants such as the MIT CAMIT grant and the Paul Sun Fund for his studies on urbanism in Asia. He has also contributed writings to academic journals, including Log, Domus China, Cartha, Room One Thousand, and MIT Out of Frame. He has been invited as a guest critic at Illinois Institute of Technology and UC Berkeley.

徐之非是蹊径设计的创始人。他毕业于麻省理工学院，获得建筑学硕士学位，并以最高荣誉毕业于加州大学伯克利分校的建筑学学士学位。徐之非是美国注册建筑师。在创办自己的事务所之前，他在让·努维尔建筑事务所、Studio Gang和BIG等全球著名的建筑事务所工作，涉及不同类型和尺度的项目，积累了丰富的国际经验。徐之非在众多国际设计比赛中获奖，并获得了多项设计奖项，包括美国建筑大师奖和美国照明设计奖。他关于亚洲城市问题的研究也得到了认可，获得了麻省理工CAMIT奖金和Paul Sun基金。他的学术文章亦在Log、Domus China、Cartha、Room One Thousand和MIT Out of Frame等期刊上有所刊登。

张子墨 Zimo Zhang

Zimo Zhang is a partner at ELSE. She is a registered architect based in Paris, France. 
She graduated with distinction from Paris ESA, where she earned both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees. Her professional journey includes valuable experience at esteemed architectural agencies in France, such as Atelier Jean Nouvel and Maison Edouard François.

张子墨是蹊径设计的创始人。她是法国的注册建筑师。她于巴黎ESA获得了学士和硕士学位, 并被授予最佳毕业生。她的职业经历包括在法国一些著名的建筑事务所工作，如让·努维尔事务所,Manuelle Gautrand Architects和Maison Edouard Francois。

工作职责

  • 参与项目的方案设计，图纸绘制 ，渲染等设计相关工作

  • 在主创建筑师的带领下推动设计的不断迭代

  • 提出具有创造性和创新性的设计方案，并能清晰地表达想法

    任职要求

  • 至少为国内一流建筑学院大学四年级或以上，或就读于国外知名建筑学院建筑学专业

  • 熟练掌握 Rhino，能够使用 D5 或 Enscape 进行渲染 （熟练Grasshopper更佳）

  • 熟练掌握 Adobe Creative Suite，具备良好的图像表达能力

  • 基本的建筑图纸绘制能力与模型制作能力

  • 有清晰传达设计概念或问题的经验

  • 细致、有责任心，做事有条理，能够合理安排时间

  • 具备较强的自我驱动力，能够在独立完成任务时保持高标准
